After meeting with 5 different pool companies, we chose Rondo based on promised timeline, cost, design, and professionalism. Rondo delivered. They were great at keeping us informed/updated on the various phases of the project, and what to expect along the way. The design phase/permitting/etc. took about 2 months, and then the total time from the start of excavation to finished pool was less than 3 months. Rondo was great at answering our questions and addressing our concerns along the way, and the responsiveness/communication from everyone we dealt with at the company was excellent. We would highly recommend Rondo!

We recently completed our first pool with Rondo. We met with 3 different companies and chose Rondo for the following reasons: 1) Nailed the design on the first draft. 2) Came ready to solve challenges (yard access issues, hard-dig, gas line far away, etc.). 3) Robust project plan. Contract signature to swim-day was 11 months. This was the timeline we expected as there is a lot of planning, decision making and permits to pull up front. The actual build process was 5 months and once they started, it didn’t stop. Exactly how you want the process to go. Rondo had experienced crews & collaborative project managers that were excellent at corresponding with us throughout the pool build. I would highly recommend Rondo for your build.

We had a superb experience with Rondo Pools building our first pool! Their sales and design person has worked in the pool business his entire career and is fantastic. The supervisor overseeing every step and subcontractor during the construction process could not have been better. All of the work was high quality and each subcontractor cleaned up the site every day when their work was complete. They also provided us Pool School education which we needed when the pool was complete. Rondo Pools has been in business a long time and we highly recommend them to anybody looking to build a new pool. I just want to note the positive experience working with Rondo pools that built our pool, spa, fire pit and grill with seating. The individual that we are using for maintenance of the pool had nothing but positive to say about Rondo. It was great to hear this as we are currently in MN and haven't seen the final product. Our maintenance person has seen many pools so again this was great to hear. Also, nice to deal with a family-owned business.
